Our Commitment to Student Learning and Professional Growth
At OTC, we are deeply committed to fostering the next generation of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. As a leading provider of school-based therapy services, we proudly offer enriching fieldwork and practicum experiences designed to prepare graduate and undergraduate students for successful, compassionate, and evidence-based practice.
Our team of supervising clinicians will work closely with your students and act as a valuable resource for them throughout their fieldwork experience. We currently offer school-based fieldwork opportunities working with students between Pre-K and 21 years of age.
As part of our program, your students will gain hands-on work experiences with a variety of aspects, such as carrying a therapy caseload, conducting evaluations and assessments, attending Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, scheduling consultations, and more.
Hands-On Learning with Purpose
Our student programs go beyond observation, they offer immersive, hands-on experiences in real-world educational settings. Students are matched with experienced and dedicated clinicians who serve as mentors and role models throughout their placement. Under the guidance of our team, students have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment, gaining the confidence and practical skills they need to succeed in their future careers.
