Dear Friends and Partners,

Since 1979, Occupational Therapy Consultants, Inc. (OTC) has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered therapy services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Founded by Cynthia F. Epstein and Sandra B. Fornuff, OTC was built on a vision of excellence in care, professional growth, and advocacy for the vital role of therapy in our communities.

Over the years, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary practice serving individuals across the lifespan. Our team of occupational, physical, and speech therapists continues to embody our core values of inclusion, innovation, and excellence, providing evidence-based, neurodivergent-affirming supports that celebrate each person’s unique strengths.

Since joining OTC in 2005 and becoming the owner in 2024, I’ve been privileged to witness the transformative impact our therapists make every day. Mentorship and professional development remain central to our mission, empowering our team members to grow while advancing the standards of care in our respective fields.

I am grateful to our outstanding operational team — Dr. Cathy Gardner, Claudette Blackwood, Beth Blackwood, Evamarie Hode, and Donna Hands — whose dedication keeps OTC thriving.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue building an inclusive, collaborative community where clients feel understood and supported, and therapists are inspired to grow and lead with empathy. Together, we’ll keep creating opportunities, fostering meaningful connections, and changing lives.
