Since joining OTC, Inc. in February 2021, Donna has been an integral operations team member, providing essential support to the Operations Manager. Her primary responsibilities include managing the complexities of the monthly billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and serving as a key resource for therapists across multiple districts. Donna’s proactive approach and dedication help maintain smooth and efficient administrative processes while providing positive support and feedback to the therapists. Her problem-solving skills and ability to streamline workflows contribute significantly to OTC’s overall efficiency and financial health.

Donna brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance investigation industry, where she worked with some of the nation’s largest insurance companies. As the Chief Operating Officer of a privately owned investigation agency, she oversaw daily operations, encouraged team collaboration, and ensured client satisfaction. After the business closed in 2018, Donna transitioned to a new role working for the township of Warren, NJ.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and new daughter-in-law, as well as their beloved dog, Lucy. She cherishes beach outings, cheering on the New York Mets, reading, and exploring nature. Donna also volunteers as a docent at Duke Farms, a Somerset County environmental center, where she shares her passion for the environment. Donna’s approachable and supportive nature, combined with her extensive experience and dedication, is pivotal in advancing OTC’s mission and vision.
