Occupational Therapy Consultants, Inc. (OTC) was established in 1979 to provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment, consultation services and educational programs. Over the years we evolved into a multidisciplinary practice. We are very proud of our highly skilled, knowledgeable staff of occupational and physical therapists, speech language pathologists and behavioral health professionals.
In its 35th year, OTC’s practice continues its dynamic evolution. We provide contractual therapy services in a variety of community settings, schools and organizations throughout New Jersey. Our multiple contracts in public, non- public, regional and private schools focus on delivery of best practice services emphasizing inclusion and consultation. OTC has provided educationally relevant services in over 60 state, public and private schools.
Experience as a contracted agency in the State’s Early Intervention System; our work in NJ’s Adult Community Care Waiver programs (1999-2008) and our most recent participation in the NJ Department of Developmental Disabilities Support Program Initiative (2013-present) speaks to our expertise with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition to providing services at specific facilities/settings, our therapists provide training programs, program development, management and consultation, as requested.
Our history, mission and goals reflect the recognition we have achieved throughout New Jersey, nationally and internationally. We are known as a premier therapy practice offering comprehensive, high quality, cost-effective, evidenced based occupational, physical, speech and behavioral therapeutic services across the developmental spectrum.
